DIY - MOTHER'S DAY CARD

Friday, May 8, 2015

Mother's Day is always a bit of a tricky one for me, because my Mum's birthday happens soon after and I don't want my gift on Mother's Day to over shadow the birthday one. I try to keep things simple on Mother's day and thought I'd share this simple and pretty DIY project that you could try out for your Mum.

Nothing says I love you more than a handmade card that says 'I love you'!

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Black pen ink
- Thin paint brush
- Thick card/paper
- Ruler
-Pencil

WHAT TO DO:
First of all, before you decide to use the thick card it's best to practice what you're going to write. Once you've got the hang of writing your message, you'll want to measure the paper to make sure you're folding it in an even half and that your message starts in the centre of the card.
That's pretty much it! Simple, affordable and unique!
