STRAWBERRY COCONUT ICE CREAM
What you need:
2 cans of coconut cream
1 1/2 cups frozen or fresh strawberries
1/3 cup of Honey
Pour the cans of coconut cream into mixing bowl. Don't shake the can because you only want the white cream - underneath the cream is a small amount of coconut milk. If you get some in the bowl, don't stress, the ice-cream will still work.
I used frozen strawberries, so I melted them down on the stove a little and broke them up.
Add them to the mixing bowl.
Add the honey to the mixing bowl and stir.
If you have an ice-cream maker, use that.
If you're not that fancy and you're like me, pour the mixture in a cake form, or something similar.
Stir the ice-cream every 30-40 minutes (or whenever you remember) to break up the ice forming and not making it as creamy.
When you want to serve it, let it sit in room temperature so it becomes melty and creamy.
Love you all!
